Romeo & I (Allison) met while I was in graduate music school in New Mexico. He was singing for on opera company and I was playing flute in the orchestra pit. From there we got married, moved to Florida and have been here since 1992. God has truly blessed us! We have two children ages 4 and 9, both of which we home school. I have taught flute privately since I was 18 years old and on pretty much all levels including a teaching position at Palm Beach State College for seven years. I was also the Director of Handbell Choirs at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church for 9 years, under the leadership of Dr. D. James Kennedy.
My husband, Romeo has sung for numerous opera companies in the US and in Mexico. His knowledge of vocal training, music theory and music history is extensive. His grandfather was "Ernesto Marsala" a popular tenor in Italy. For three generations, his family has been involved in vocal music as well as in the marine industry. It sounds like a strange combination, but his family is from Malta where most everyone was involved in some way with ships and boats and he is no different.
We both desire for the hearts and minds of children to be protected from the world and wish to use our gifts to help parents in this area. Music can be a powerful influence in the hearts and minds of children and it is our desire to not only teach music, but to also guide their choices in this area.
